Job Summary
Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging EFL lessons for teenage students following the ANGLO syllabus, emphasizing speaking and listening skills within a communicative approach. Liaise with the Teaching Manager regarding student matters, complete weekly schemes of work, and accurately mark assignments while providing adequate feedback. Manage attendance registers, report absences, and ensure students are prepared for presentations, excursions, and cultural visits. Respond promptly to incidents or complaints, maintain safeguarding and welfare policies, and participate in required briefings, meetings, and CPD sessions. Demonstrate professionalism and a commitment to high-quality customer service throughout the 72-hour student programme.
Required Qualifications
- You have the right to work in the UK
- University degree
- TEFLI qualification or equivalent experience (e.g.: CELTA, Trinity CertTESOL, PGCE, 120 hour TEFL course)
- Native or near-native English fluency
