Job Summary
Technical Missile Lead to drive execution of GMIA Stinger Block I production, lead multi-discipline IPTs, manage Failure Investigations, provide technical direction for Technical Data Package (TDP) maintenance, and mentor team members. Collaborate with internal IPTs, suppliers, customers, and program leadership to ensure schedule adherence, technical rigor, and corrective actions. Requires onsite work in Tucson, AZ, with an active Secret clearance, a STEM degree, and 8+ years of relevant experience. Must communicate status, risks, and needs to program leadership and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
- Active Secret Security Clearance
- U.S. Citizenship or eligibility for U.S. immigration status
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Experience managing a multi-disciplined Hardware Engineering Team
- Experience with program management tools (IMP, IMS) and risk management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to lead a distributed IPTL and interface with customers and suppliers
