Job Summary
Operate production equipment, load and unload materials, and perform assembly, machine operation, packaging, and other manufacturing tasks. Inspect products to ensure they meet quality requirements, complete production records accurately, and maintain a clean, organized work area following 5S principles. Assist with equipment changeovers, monitor performance, and report operational or safety concerns while following all company safety policies. This role includes a 12-hour overnight rotating schedule (2 days on, 2 days off) with a 15% shift differential. Candidates must be safety-focused, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 0–2 years of manufacturing, production, or related experience
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with noise, dust, and varying temperatures
- This position follows a 12-hour overnight schedule, which includes a rotating pattern of 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on (and vice versa), resulting in a mix of 3- and 4-day workweeks. The schedule includes nights and weekends as part of the rotation. Candidates must be willing and able to work this schedule.
