Job Summary
Operate production equipment, load and unload materials, and perform assembly, machine operation, packaging, and other manufacturing tasks. Inspect products for quality compliance, complete production records, and maintain a clean work area following 5S principles. Assist with equipment changeovers, monitor performance, and report operational or safety concerns while adhering to all safety policies. Support daily production, quality, and efficiency goals. This role follows a 12-hour rotating schedule including nights and weekends with a 10% shift differential. The typical base salary is $44,000-$52,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 0–2 years of manufacturing, production, or related experience
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with noise, dust, and varying temperatures
- Willingness to work a 12-hour schedule including nights and weekends
- Willingness to work a rotating pattern of 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on (and vice versa)
- Willingness to work a mix of 3- and 4-day workweeks
