STIIIZY Brand Ambassador

Brand Ambassador responsible for in-store demos, activations, education of customers and budtenders, driving engagement and sell-through, and representing STIIIZY at dispensaries, events, and trade shows. Duties include executing demos, activations, promotions, and merchandising; educating customers and staff on products; building relationships with budtenders and store leadership; maintaining displays and merchandising standards; conducting budtender trainings; capturing market insights and feedback; supporting sales priorities and inventory management; reporting performance metrics and scheduling using internal tools; traveling within the assigned California territory to support retail executions and ensure compliance with cannabis regulations; and collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams with opportunities for cross-training as needs evolve.
