Job Summary
Welder with D1 Tack 1 certification needed for mining/industrial environments. Proficient in MIG and stick welding, able to read drawings, and operate from a scissor lift. Must pass background check and drug screening for mine site access; valid driver’s license required. Willingness to work extended hours, shifts, and weekends in varying weather and physically demanding conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Welder
- preferably in a mining, industrial, or heavy equipment setting
- Proficiency with MIG, and stick welding techniques; D1.1 certification is required
- Ability to work from scissor lift
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Must pass a background check and drug screening (required for mine site access)
