Job Summary
Design, configure, and maintain Master Data Management and Product Information Management solutions using the STIBO STEP platform. Develop JavaScript-based business rules and workflow extensions to automate data governance and validation. Build integrations with enterprise applications via REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, and ETL tools. Troubleshoot production issues, optimize platform performance, and support system upgrades. Configure workflows, business rules, user interfaces, and data models for product, customer, and supplier master data. Implement data quality frameworks to ensure accurate and consistent master data while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Gain exposure to enterprise-scale MDM initiatives and complex data governance projects within a technology-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in STIBO STEP Master Data Management (MDM) and Product Information Management (PIM) development
- Hands-on experience configuring STIBO STEP workflows, business rules, data models, and user interfaces
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript for business rule development and workflow automation
- Experience building integrations using REST APIs, SOAP services, XML, JSON, and ETL technologies
- Solid understanding of data governance, data quality, and master data management best practices
- Experience troubleshooting, performance tuning, and supporting enterprise MDM/PIM environments
- Ability to configure and customize STIBO STEP to meet business and data governance requirements
- Ability to develop scalable automation and validation rules using JavaScript
- Ability to design and implement secure, reliable integrations with enterprise systems
- Ability to analyze data quality issues and implement effective remediation strategies
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems and optimize application performance
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality master data solutions
