Job Summary
Oversee projects from cradle to grave by establishing work plans, coordinating subcontractors, and reviewing proposals to determine staffing and resource allotments. Monitor project status, modify schedules as needed, and prepare reports for management and clients while ensuring specifications are strictly followed. Manage day-to-day costs, review paperwork for payroll and raises, and provide technical advice to resolve problems. Maintain a safe work environment in a petrochemical/refinery setting, adhering to OSHA guidelines and leading rescue operations. Work variable hours with extensive travel throughout the U.S., including overnight stays, in a physically demanding role requiring lifting up to 50 pounds and working at heights.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 4 years of managerial experience
- at least two years of supervisory experience in related industry or equivalent job experience
- Class A driver's license
- clean MVR
Desired Qualifications
- 6 years of managerial experience
- at least 4 years of supervisory experience in related industry or equivalent job experience
- First Aid and CPR trained
