Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• •High school diploma or equivalent
• •4-5 years' prior work experience in related industry
• •Knowledge of all QA/QC requirements for blinds and mechanical work
• •Working knowledge on the set up and operation of all company owned equipment such as hand tools, power tools, hydraulic torque tools and their required maintenance and inspection requirements
• •Strong math and science skills
• •Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• •Must be able to occasionally lift more than 51 pounds
• •Must be able to work in confined spaces
• •Must be able to work at heights
• •Must be able to climb ladders and stairways
• •Must be able to work off platforms
• •Must be able to bend, stoop, walk, climb, squat, reach, kneel, push/pull, stand, sit, hand strength and dexterity
• •Must be able to verbally communicate alarms or warnings clearly, concisely, loudly, and quickly
• •Must be able to clearly and quickly hear or otherwise sense alarms or warning and take appropriate action
• •Must maintain equilibrium to prevent falling when moving, walking, standing, kneeling or crouching
• •Must be able to move about on hands and feet
• •Must be able to bend body downward and forward bending leg and spine
• •Must be able to see and distinguish colors

• •Must be able to wear protecting hearing equipment

• •Must be fit tested for the various respirators used
• •Must be able to successfully pass a pulmonary function test (PFT)
• •Must be able to work in cold working conditions during winter months
• •Must be able to work in hot working conditions during the summer months
• •Must be able to handle exposure to noise
• •Must be able to handle exposure to hazardous chemicals
• •Must be able to work in emergency situations
• •Must be able to work overtime
• •Must be able to work variable/ project dependent days and hours
• •Must be able to work as a project- based position
• •Must be able to attend and complete trainings as required by the Company and client

Desired Qualifications

• •5+ years' experience in related industry
• •TWIC
• •NCCER certification
• •Basic Plus training
• •Confined Space training
• •OSHA 10/30
• •First Aid and CPR trained
• •Class 'A' driver's license
• •Clean MVR
