Stewarding Supervisor (FT) (AM/PM) ("Supervisor/a de Limpieza")

Supervise the daily operations of the Stewarding Department by assigning work, monitoring productivity, and supporting scheduling, staffing, training, and associate development. Ensure the cleanliness, sanitation, organization, and maintenance of all kitchens, restaurants, banquet spaces, and related equipment while conducting regular inspections to uphold Health Department and hotel standards. Review Banquet Event Orders and coordinate with Culinary and Banquet teams to prepare equipment for event setup, service, and breakdown. Manage inventory of supplies and chemicals, train associates on safety procedures and equipment operation, and coordinate maintenance and repairs with Engineering. Assume operational leadership in the absence of the Stewarding Manager.
