Job Summary

Oversee evening stewarding operations across all back-of-house areas including kitchens, banquet spaces, outlets, and the pool kitchen; provide hands-on leadership to the PM stewarding team to uphold sanitation, safety, and Westin brand standards. Coordinate with Banquet and Culinary leadership for timely setup, breakdown, and cleaning of event kitchens and equipment; enforce HACCP compliance and daily equipment inspections; train and motivate staff to maintain high cleanliness and productivity; monitor supply levels, chemical inventory, and appropriate use of cleaning materials; ensure proper cleaning and storage of silver, china, and glassware; support deep-cleaning schedules and uphold teamwork and service excellence during the evening shift. Qualifications include prior hotel stewarding or supervisory experience, strong sanitation knowledge, excellent communication and leadership skills, and availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a hotel stewarding or supervisory role preferred.
