Responsibilities include routine inspections of equipment and kitchen areas, maintaining inventory for dinnerware, flatware, and glassware, ordering china, glass, and silver, and monitoring temperature and chemical solution requirements for dishwashing and storage. Ideal candidates demonstrate 2+ years of stewarding experience in the hotel/casino industry, leadership flexibility for varied shifts, and a commitment to operational excellence to contribute to guest experiences across the Beau Rivage property.
