Job Summary
Lead and supervise the Stewarding team across cleaning, organization, and maintenance of F&B facilities, ensure timely setup and delivery of equipment for banquets and restaurants, inspect storage and inventory for kitchens, train and mentor staff, uphold food safety and health standards, and foster a collaborative, high-performance work environment in Novotel Dubai Al Barsha.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience in a hospitality, food service, or stewarding environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, and health and safety regulations
- Proven team leadership and motivational abilities with experience training and developing staff
- Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of stewarding operations, kitchen equipment, and F&B procedures
- Resilience and solution-oriented approach
