Job Summary
Lead the Stewarding team in Food & Beverage operations: manage cleaning and organization of F&B areas, loading dock, and storage; ensure cleanliness of all F&B areas, china, silverware, glassware, cookware, banquet equipment, and kitchen equipment; coordinate delivery of equipment for setup and breakdown of banquet and restaurant functions; receive and store products; provide professional guest service; supervise and train the Stewarding team; review banquet event orders to ensure setups and supplies; check equipment daily and report defects; follow department policies and maintain a safe work environment; requires 1-2 years supervisory experience, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with physical duties.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 Years of Supervisory/Management Experience
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene
- Able to interact with others while maintaining a positive and courteous demeanor under noisy and fast paced working conditions
- Frequent standing and walking throughout shift
