Stewarding Shift Leader

Organize cleaning chemicals and supplies, rotate stock, and complete cleaning checklists to determine timelines for sanitizing. Collect dirty pans from the cooking line, transport them to the pot station, and clean and maintain sanitation areas, loading dock areas, and the dish room ceiling, walls, and vents. Operate and maintain cleaning equipment including the dish washing machine, hand wash stations, pot-scrubbing station, and trash compactor. Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching employees while serving as a role model. Report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and adhere to quality expectations. Move objects weighing up to 25 pounds and perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.
