Job Summary
Stewarding Manager responsible for establishing and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation across all food service outlets in the Club, supervising stewarding department staff, ensuring compliance with local/state/federal health and sanitation codes, coordinating distribution of supplies and equipment, supporting banquet operations, and collaborating with the Executive Steward and Culinary leadership to meet guest needs while controlling costs and maintaining safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years work experience as a Stewarding Manager or Assistant Stewarding Manager in a hotel or large restaurant
- Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 75lbs
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, with relevant years in place of a degree
