Stewarding Associate

Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including the dishwashing setup; wash and disinfect kitchen and store-room areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment; receive deliveries and rotate stock; ensure clean wares are stored properly; use detergents, rinsing, and sanitizing chemicals in the 3-compartment sink; inspect and re-scrub as needed; move and manage items up to 50 lbs; follow all safety policies and contribute to a positive team environment; maintain quality standards and report maintenance or unsafe conditions to the manager. Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform tasks requiring bending, reaching, and lifting. Education preference indicates a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
