Steward/Warewasher Positions - Winter 2026 - 27 (H-2B Visa Eligible - In-Country Only)

Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the restaurant back of the house area. Duties include receiving, cleaning, restocking flatware, china, glassware and other operating equipment; loading and operating the dish and pot/pan machines; maintaining clean, sanitary back-of-house conditions; regular rounds of cleaning walls, floors, shelving, and trash areas; stocking gloves; performing scheduled cleaning of hoods, walk-ins, ovens, grills, drains, hand sinks, kettles, and other equipment; ensuring safety and cost-conscious use of chemicals and equipment; coordinating with supervisor/crew leader to prioritize tasks based on skier count, reservations, weather, and staffing. Must be in good health and able to lift 50 lbs and carry 25-50 lbs; standing for long periods; hot/humid working conditions. Seasonal position at Deer Valley Resort in Park City, Utah; in-country H-2B eligibility; wage/pay details indicate hourly rate of $21.00.
