Clean all internal kitchen areas, including floors, tiles, equipment, cookware, dishes, glasses, hoods, doors, windows, and screens. Dispose of kitchen waste and clean hotel trash rooms. Separate and organize sanitized materials for return to the main hall. Operate dishwashing machine dosers correctly while wearing required boots, PVC apron, and PPE.
