Job Summary
Conduct daily cleaning of kitchen areas, floors, mats, equipment, and garbage cans while rinsing waste containers. Wash, sort, stack, load, and unload dishes; sanitize stoves and appliances. Remove and replace large mats, sort trash, and stock supplies for delivery orders. Assist with catering and special events, support Prep Cooks, and report faulty equipment to the Supervisor. Follow safety procedures and Safety Data Sheet guidelines. Maintain dry, clean floors and ensure general kitchen cleanliness.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year of dishwashing experience
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and devices/machines
