Clean, sanitize, and properly stock all dishes, pots, pans, flatware, and glassware. Maintain kitchen cleanliness including dry storage and walk-in cooler areas by sweeping and mopping. Empty trash receptacles, dispose of garbage, and perform daily cleaning of dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods, and exhaust systems. Store all dishes and wares in proper areas while incorporating safe work practices in job performance. Perform other duties as required. No experience necessary; we will train. ServSafe certification preferred. Regular and reliable attendance required.
