Job Summary
Receive, examine, and catalogue incoming shipments while verifying accuracy against invoices and orders. Prepare and inspect outgoing materials, then pack, seal, and label items for shipping before delivering them to respective departments or stock locations. Safely operate hydraulic loading dock ramps, waste compactors, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment like dollies and hand-trucks. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shipping/receiving dock and main hallway while adhering to company safety standards. This role requires weekend work and involves lifting up to 70 pounds occasionally.
