Wash and organize china, glassware, silverware, utensils, pots, and pans per standards while cleaning and monitoring the dish machine. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and other assigned areas, including putting away deliveries and performing light prep work. Prepare for any and all guest requests and contribute positively to the team within the department. Participate in on-going training, attend required meetings, and comply with Valencia Hotel Group standards and regulations. Maintain hotel equipment in proper working conditions and report unsafe conditions immediately. Work flexible shifts including weekends, weekdays, and holidays, requiring constant standing, lifting up to 40 lbs, and exposure to cleaning chemicals.
