Job Summary
Oversee all porters and dishwashers while coordinating with department heads for special cleaning projects and needs. Inspect kitchens, workrooms, and equipment for cleanliness and general order, directing the efficient cleaning of all areas including walls and floors. Maintain and oversee the upkeep of dishwashers, cleaning equipment, and outdoor areas, ensuring strict adherence to food safety protocols and chemical usage standards. Ensure the safety and security of employees and guests by following and encouraging compliance with all safety policies and procedures. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding food and beverage operations while managing high-pressure situations in a fast-paced environment. Available to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

- English/Spanish Bi-Lingual Necessary

- 2 years' experience in a high-volume kitchen area
- Must be able to work long flexible hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift/move/maneuver at least 10-50 lbs
- Standing, walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions
