Conduct daily front-of-house operations to deliver personalized coastal luxury experiences while managing guest interactions and ensuring seamless service. Coordinate with team members to craft unforgettable moments and uphold the resort's iconic oceanfront standards. Maintain a professional demeanor during all guest encounters to align with the company's commitment to creating enduring memories. This role is based at Surf & Sand Resort Laguna Beach, a JC Resorts destination recognized by Condé Nast Traveler and Travel + Leisure. The expected base wage is $27 per hour, with eligibility for additional compensation subject to Company policies.
