Job Summary
The Steward Supervisor is tasked with ensuring a clean and sanitary environment for food and beverage operations while leading a team of staff members. This role involves hiring, training, and managing team members, maintaining departmental standards and cleanliness, and overseeing inventory control.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ experience as a Steward
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Must obtain and maintain all licenses / certifications per Federal, State, and Indiana Gaming Commission
- Must successfully pass background check and drug screening
- Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age
- Flexible to work holidays and weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Strong understanding of labor budgets and financial statements
- Demonstrated organizational skills
- Experience with janitorial cleaning and kitchen equipment
