Steward Supervisor

Manage stewarding activity flow across kitchens, dining areas, and bars by hiring, training, and evaluating dish and cleaning staff. Coordinate sanitary maintenance of physical plant, service wares, and equipment while maintaining inventory levels of china, glass, flatware, chemicals, and supplies. Supervise daily sanitation and safety standards, monitor trash removal, and ensure clean conditions around dumpsters and grease receptacles. Provide ideas for new products, services, and processes; assist with special event setup and breakdown. Present during high-volume shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
