Steward Supervisor - Fairfield by Marriott Kota Kinabalu

Conduct daily inspections of kitchens, storage areas, and staff grooming to ensure food safety, cleanliness, and FIFO compliance. Manage opening and closing duties, including supply setup, equipment cleaning, and door security. Monitor production and safety standards across the heart of the house operations for kitchens, restaurants, and lounges. Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating employees while serving as the first point of contact for the Open Door Policy. Complete required paperwork, maintain inventories, and communicate shift handovers. Ensure adherence to company policies, report accidents, and implement efficiency improvements.
