Steward Supervisor

Direct and assist Stewards to make cleanup more efficient by ensuring water temperature and chemical levels are appropriate and documented. Assist with banquet plate-ups, provide cooks with needed items, and support banquet and buffet operations by transporting and ensuring adequate stock. Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including dish washing machines, hand wash stations, and trash compactors. Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees. Follow all company and safety policies, report accidents and unsafe conditions, and maintain professional appearance while welcoming guests. Move objects up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, and bending.
