Job Summary
Wash, sanitize, and polish dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment to maintain impeccable personal grooming standards and a clean, organized kitchen environment. Empty trash and recycling bins, receive and store kitchen supplies, and ensure all F&B equipment is organized for banquet events. Run food for platted and buffet banquet events, assist in setup and breakdown, and maintain accurate records of cleaning processes while adhering to food safety standards. Monitor maintenance issues, communicate effectively with kitchen staff, and dispose of waste responsibly. Flexible schedule required for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education preferred
- Familiarity with proper dishwashing and sanitation procedures
- Basic food handling and prep skills are a plus
- Strong communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of inventory management and ordering processes
- Carrying or lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, stoop, and bend repetitively

- Willingness to assist in other areas when necessary and reasonable requested
