Job Summary
Sort and wash dirty dishes and utensils, then replace them in storage areas. Maintain general restaurant sanitation by sweeping, mopping floors, and cleaning tables. This role requires standing for most of the shift, lifting up to 50 pounds, and climbing stairs. You must accommodate varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications

- Capable of thinking on their feet
- Able to keep up in high-pressure situations
