Steward(Prep)/F&B Attendant I - this job is located in St Croix

Conduct proper washing, racking, rinsing, and cleaning of dishes, glassware, cutlery, and cookware. Sort cleaned items into proper racks and maintain kitchen floor cleanliness. Serve employee meals in the EDR and ensure eating/drinking utensils, salad bar, and snacks are replenished. Respond to Café and EDR staff regarding equipment needs. Operate cash registers as needed and remove trash from outlets. Maintain awareness of proper equipment operation and chemical usage for sanitizing utensils and floors. Requires a valid VI food handler's card, high school diploma, and ability to discern dish patterns. Must stand up to four hours, lift up to 40 pounds, and tolerate hazards including back strain and broken glass. Located at 5035 Turner Hole, Christiansted, VI.
