Job Summary
Steward role responsible for washing and sanitizing dishware and kitchen equipment, cleaning floors and drains, maintaining organization of dish areas, and assisting with general stewarding duties. Includes cleaning dishes, pots, pans, utensils, shelves, sinks, dollies, chillers, walk-in coolers and freezers, Bain Maries, steam tables, grills, ovens, fryers, and other large kitchen equipment. Also performs silver/copper cleaning, manages waste sanitation, maintains Title 31 compliance, and executes duties as assigned by Supervisors/Lead trainers. Requires 18+ years old, ability to pass Tribal non-gaming licensing, and entry-level experience; education often aligns with high school diploma or GED. Physical tasks include lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and shift work.
