Job Summary
Operate and maintain stewarding equipment including dishwashing machines, hand wash stations, and trash compactors. Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, cookware, and food service equipment using manual and machine methods. Assist with ordering cleaning supplies, inspecting items for quality, and properly stacking clean wares. Clean and disinfect kitchen, storage, and service areas including floors, walls, and drains. Break down dirty bus tubs, empty trash, and manage recycling areas safely. Receive deliveries, store perishables, and rotate stock in organized storage. Report maintenance needs, accidents, or unsafe conditions immediately and complete all required safety training. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays to support Culinary and Banquet operations at Hotel Drover in Fort Worth.

Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in stewarding, kitchen, or food & beverage operations.
- Experience working in a fast-paced or high-volume hospitality environment.
