Job Summary
Operate dishwashing equipment to ensure adequate supplies of clean and sanitary tableware at all times. Maintain personal hygiene and sanitation standards, including regular floor maintenance, trash removal, and cleaning of the Dish area prior to the end of each shift. Handle chemicals needed to clean and sanitize tableware in a safe manner while adhering to established Ecosure standards and Standard Operating Procedures. Complete all training requirements and perform all other duties as assigned. Maintain a clean and safe work environment through proper food storage, handling, and preparation standards.
Required Qualifications
- Regular walking, standing, lifting up to 50lbs, bending, stooping, climbing, etc.
- Performs tasks and duties under direct supervision, using well-defined policies and procedures
- Experience in and passion for consumer service
- Willingness to learn new skills and be a team player
- An attitude of flexibility and mindfulness about the team approach
- Clean and clear service areas
- Follow proper procedures as disclosed in Standard Operating Procedures as explained to staff
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED preferred
