Job Summary
Kitchen Steward at OTH Hotels Resorts: responsible for cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment; maintaining overall kitchen cleanliness; assisting with receiving, organizing, and storing food and supplies; operating dishwashing equipment; supporting culinary team with organized kitchenware during service; assisting with basic food preparation and reporting safety or maintenance issues; working in a fast-paced environment with an emphasis on sanitation, safety, and hospitality excellence. Must be able to work full-time, lift up to 50 lbs, and accommodate flexible shifts; basic English required; we offer benefits and Hilton discounts.
