Job Summary
Maintains a clean kitchen and dish area; washes and sorts dishes; sets up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks; keeps floors clean and dry; washes, stacks, and stores china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers; changes water of machines and sinks and uses EcoLab dilutions; assists in storing deliveries; manages trash and follows posted daily dish-cleaning duties; ability to work long hours, weekends, evenings, and holidays; Equal Opportunity Employer.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required
- Previous experience a plus
