Maintain a clean kitchen by washing, sorting, and stacking soiled dishes, china, glassware, silverware, and cookware while keeping the dish area organized. Set up dish stations including machines and sinks, changing water every two hours or more often as required. Change water of machines and sinks every two hours, or more often as required by business levels, and properly use chemical dilutions set by EcoLab. Maintain clean/dry floors throughout the shift, assist in storing food deliveries, and manage trash cans by removing full bins at the end of each shift. Follow posted daily dish-cleaning duties. Full-time availability Monday through Sunday with varying hours; English required, bilingual a plus.
