Ensure safe storage and use of all chemicals while wearing required safety equipment including gloves, boots, goggles, and masks. Clean all surfaces, areas, and operating equipment to maintain hygiene standards, empty waste bins on schedule, and keep exit areas free of obstacles. Maintain clean dishwashing areas, liaise with Engineering for maintenance, and report any health or safety hazards immediately. Instruct staff on emergency measures, ensure the first aid kit is stocked, and adhere to all food hygiene and health regulations. Perform any other related duties as requested by Hotel Management.
