Job Summary
Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools in a hotel environment, including dishwashing, wash stations, and trash handling. Wash and disinfect kitchen and store-room areas, rotate stock and receive deliveries, ensure clean wares are stored properly, use detergents and sanitizers in the 3-compartment sink, inspect and re-wash items as needed, manage waste and recyclables, and perform general cleaning duties across assigned departments. Follow safety policies, report maintenance issues, and maintain professional communication while supporting team goals. Lift and move items up to 50 pounds, stand or walk for extended periods, and perform other reasonable duties as requested by Supervisors.
Required Qualifications
- Education: No high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
