Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, including dish washing machines and hand wash stations, while washing, disinfecting, and sanitizing kitchen tools and equipment in the 3-compartment sink. Receive deliveries, store perishables, and rotate stock, then rack, spray, and stack cleaned items after inspecting and pulling soiled goods for re-washing. Break down dirty bus tubs, empty trashcans, and sort recyclables, while cleaning, mopping, and disposing of glass in assigned departments. Follow safety policies, report maintenance needs and accidents, and complete required training. Move objects up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks involving standing, reaching, and bending.
