Job Summary
Steward needed to operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools in a Marriott kitchen, washing and sanitizing dishes, rotating stock, handling perishables, and ensuring clean wares are properly stored. Responsibilities include receiving deliveries, using the 3-compartment sink, inspecting and re-washing items, disposing of waste and recyclables, and breaking down boxes. Must follow safety policies, work with the team to meet quality standards, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods. No related work experience required; emphasis on adhering to safety training and professional communication.
