Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, wash and disinfect kitchen and storeroom areas, receive deliveries and rotate stock, store clean wares, use detergent and sanitizing chemicals in the 3-compartment sink to clean dishes, inspect and re-wash items, break down dirty bus tubs, dispose of glass and recyclables, and maintain cleanliness across assigned departments. Follow all safety policies, report maintenance or unsafe conditions, communicate professionally, support team goals, and perform duties including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
