Job Summary
Scrape, wash, and sanitize dishes, silverware, glassware, pots, pans, and trays by hand or via automatic dishwasher. Sweep and mop kitchen floors, remove all trash, and ensure the dish room is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Perform additional duties as assigned to support kitchen cleanliness and efficiency while maintaining high standards of safety. This role requires physical stamina to carry beverage trays, lift up to 30 lbs, and stand for long periods in a loud, brightly lit casino environment. Bi-lingual candidates are preferred, and experience in a fast-paced setting is essential.
