Job Summary
Scrape, wash, and sanitize dishes, silverware, glassware, pots, pans, and trays by hand or using an automatic dishwasher. Sweep, mop kitchen floors, remove trash, and ensure the dish room is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Perform additional duties as assigned to support kitchen cleanliness and efficiency. Carry and balance beverage trays while navigating crowded spaces. Maintain high standards in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Bi-lingual candidates are a plus.
