Deep clean all kitchens on JRCR properties, including daily filter, trough, and drip machine maintenance. Operate steam cleaners for indoor and outdoor areas while scrubbing floors, degreasing equipment, and wiping hoods to maintain a sanitary environment. Filter deep fryer oils and perform a wide range of related duties as assigned by the supervisory team. This role requires flexibility to work in a high-volume environment and adhere to departmental policies and procedures. Shift differential applies for hours worked between 10:00pm and 6:00am.
