Sort and wash dirty dishes and utensils, then replace cleaned items in storage areas. Maintain general restaurant sanitation by sweeping, mopping floors, and cleaning tables. This role requires standing on your feet, lifting up to 50 pounds, and bending or climbing stairs. You must accommodate varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
