Job Summary
Conduct daily cleaning duties of all Food & Beverage back spaces and equipment, including the staff cafeteria and Fairmont Gold Lounge. Operate main dishwashers, restock equipment, and maintain proper recycling and composting procedures. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food hygiene policies while completing temperature records honestly. Assist the Kitchen team with food service delivery and maintain a safe work environment. Perform other duties as assigned. Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
Required Qualifications
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- One year of previous experience in a similar position
- Has good knowledge of WHIMIS
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume Kitchen
- Should be able to handle multiple tasks in a timely manner
- Strong organizational skills
- A strong capacity to work with and motivate a culturally diverse work force
- Energetic, self-motivated, proactive, out-going, team-player
