Job Summary
As a Steward, you will collaborate with the culinary team to prep fresh ingredients, maintaining an organized workspace, and ensuring safety and cleanliness in the kitchen. Key responsibilities include preparing ingredients by washing, chopping, and cutting, communicating with the Chef regarding inventory needs, managing the dish station, and following cleaning assignments. This position requires a High School Diploma or GED and flexibility in scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Must be available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, weekends and or holidays
