Job Summary
Maintain restaurant, bar, and lounge cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and polishing all areas, including sideboards, lights, fans, and equipment. Wash down the bar, clean and polish tools, and ensure the cleaning schedule is adhered to required standards. Assist Food & Beverage Servers in the dining experience, provide menu information, and help the host with administrative tasks. Transport used linen to Housekeeping and stock stipulated areas with ice and supplies from the Storeroom. Work various schedules and shifts as needed, including weekends, evenings, and nights, while following all safety, sanitation, and outlet policies.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of restaurant experience in any capacity
- Able to work various schedules and shifts as needed, including weekends
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, always remaining calm and courteous
- Ability to lift: Up to 50 pounds
